A 16 year oldpatient walked into the hospital with a history of pain in the right knee. After evaluation, the patient has been diagnosed with non metastatic Osteogenic Sarcoma in right distal femur. After discussion with team in Tumor Board we had advised a treatment of Neo adjuvant chemotherapy for 3 cycles and surgery followed by post operative chemotherapy. We have performed a wide excision of distal femur and reconstructed with mega prosthesis. The patient had undergone 6 chemotherapy cycles post op. The patient is happy and indepedent performing his daily routine normally for last 6 years.
