A 28 years old male patient visited the hospital with a history of pain and swelling over the left distal arm. After evaluation the patient was diagnosed as Osteogenic sarcoma left distal humerus. After discussion with team in Tumor Board we had advised a surgery followed by chemotherapy. We have performed a wide excision of distal humerus and reconstructed with mega prosthesis. The patient is happy and indepedent performing his daily routine normally for last 1.5 years.
